Over $50 trillion in investment assets gather annually in Berlin for their Super Return (“Super Profits”) meeting. It’s a gathering not only of the super-rich, but also of the super-exploiters (and a few exploiters of a different nature) who seek to subject ever more aspects of our lives to their logic of capital and profit. While there is increasing criticism from various NGOs, including local ones, this meeting remains relatively unknown among more activist-oriented individuals.
We want to help change that, especially because we see many opportunities for creative, vibrant, subversive, and diverse protest and resistance in Berlin. We want to not only encourage protest and resistance, but also raise awareness. If you hear about any actions, events, good writing, or funny pictures, please let us know so we can share them.
